1. About MOMpire

2. Products and services

MOMpire offers the following types of products and services:

• Digital workbooks — PDF downloads delivered by email after purchase
• Video workshops — pre-recorded video content delivered via a private access link
• 1:1 coaching programmes — private coaching sessions conducted online via video call
• Group coaching programmes — cohort-based programmes delivered online
• Power Sessions — single 90-minute private coaching calls via video

3. Purchases and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe upon successful payment. Delivery of digital products (workbooks, workshop access) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within a few minutes of purchase.

4. All sales are final

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us at klaraganter@mompire.eu before buying — we are always happy to help you decide.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Coaching services

For 1:1 coaching programmes and Power Sessions, the following additional terms apply:

• Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar platform)
• Session times are agreed upon booking and confirmed by both parties
• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited
• Klara Ganter reserves the right to decline or discontinue coaching services if the working relationship is not a good fit
• Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice

6. Intellectual property

All content on mompire.eu and within our products — including workbooks, videos, frameworks, exercises, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Klara Ganter / MOMpire and is protected by copyright.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own individual development. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell or use the materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of results

MOMpire provides education, coaching and strategic tools to support your career and business development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels or results. Your results will depend on your individual effort, circumstances, decisions and many factors outside our control.

Testimonials and examples used on our website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOMpire and Klara Ganter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

As a consumer within the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date last updated. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
