Meet Klara Ganter

Corporate. Business. Corporate. Business again.

I have been at that crossroads twice. And both times I chose to build something that actually fit my life.

I am Klara Ganter — International Career Strategist for Moms, Founder of MOMpire, Certified Ikigai Coach, and host of The Working Mom Show. But before all of that, I was a Regional Learning and Development Manager at a Big 4 company — leading teams, designing programmes, thinking in systems. Good at it. Proud of it. And quietly wondering if this was really it.

After my first child was born, I did something most people thought was brave — or crazy. I followed my passion and became a food writer, cookbook author, and eventually opened my own Pastry Shop. It was everything I had dreamed of. Until it was not. Working seven days a week was not the family life I had envisioned. I made the decision to close — and six weeks later, COVID arrived. The universe confirmed I had made the right call.

Back in corporate, I could channel my leadership skills, my ambition, my systems thinking. But something deeper was still missing. Purpose. So I did the clarity work myself — collected every skill, every experience, every lesson from both worlds — and founded MOMpire.

Two transitions. Two completely different businesses. One thing in common: the courage to choose alignment over comfort. That is what I now help ambitious moms worldwide to find.
