2.3 Purchases via Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your email address from Stripe.

2.4 Podcast guest applications

Guest applications are collected via Google Forms, operated by Google LLC. Any information you submit is processed under Google's Privacy Policy. We use the information solely to evaluate and respond to your application.

2.5 Website analytics

Our website may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for the purpose of understanding how visitors use our site. This data is anonymised where possible and is not used to identify you personally.

Your email address and name are stored securely in MailerLite, which is GDPR compliant and stores data within the European Economic Area or with appropriate safeguards in place. Contact form submissions are sent to our email inbox and are not stored in a separate database.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Marketing email subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe or request deletion.
